Hard Sleeve testing includes:
Pulling the hard sleeve(s) from the truck
Visually noting any blemishes or damage
Checking the section for any collapsing of the liner by placing clear disks on each end during the testing
Vacuum testing each section
Finally, releasing the vacuum and visually inspecting the hard sleeve a second time
